Join Vanderpump Dogs favorite Los Angeles trainer for one hour workouts featuring body weight exercises, cardio intervals and light weights (if you have them, if not no worries!).

A certified fitness trainer since 1995, Ernie is the proud owner of Xrcyze New York and originator of its unique cycling fitness programs. A certified fitness trainer for private clients and a group fitness instructor at Lifetime Fitness in Syosset, NY., he has extensive knowledge in Aquatic Training, Body Building, Boot Camp, Conditioning, Core Stabilization, and Fitness over 50.

Recommended Equipment: 

*A light (2-5lbs ish) and a heavy (5-10lbs ish) set of hand weights or two objects of equal weight you can hold in your hand

*An appropriate towel that reaches a little further than shoulder to shoulder

*Something stable that can be used to step up onto and can support your weight

*A sports ball (soccer, volleyball, kickball...) or a pilates ring

*Jump rope (not necessary, but if you can...)

*Resistance bands or ankle weights (again, not necessary, but...)

*Water
