FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Ken Todd is a renowned restaurateur, with 30 years of experience owning and managing some of London and LA’s top restaurants and bars. Having previously enjoyed success in the textiles industry, he decided to buy his first bar, Cork’s Wine Bar, in Kensington, London in 1980. It was here that Ken met his wife, Lisa Vanderpump, and they have made an incredible team from the beginning. Lisa and Ken have been working together since they met and have accumulated a large and successful portfolio of restaurants and bars, alongside a variety of other projects and accomplishments.

Ken is as passionate about dogs as he is about his lovely wife. After hearing about The Yulin Dog Meat Festival, Ken knew he had to do something to end it. Together with Lisa, they decided to dedicate their lives to bettering the treatment of dogs worldwide, and The Vanderpump Dog Foundation was born.

Ken has committed to ending the atrocities happening in Yulin China, as well as rescuing and re-homing as many dogs as possible in California. He founded The Vanderpump Dog Rescue Center in 2017, alongside Lisa, John and the rest of the team, and is thrilled to see all of the dogs finding loving forever homes!
